My father is a former policeman. From a very young age, I was taught not to trust anyone, including him. That being said, putting my trust in someone does not come easy for me. I have continuously expressed my embarrassment about Markwayne Mullin, and at the end of every post I always asked the same question: Is this the best Oklahoma has to offer? The answer is no. After reviewing N’Kiyla Jasmine Thomas’s background and policy, I can tell you with absolute certainty that she is one of the best Oklahoma has to offer.
If Thomas ever goes back on her word, we will hold her accountable, as you should too. That is how a healthy democracy works. As of today, she has my vote and my endorsement. I think she should have yours too.
